Most of the employees in Production department are illiterate. The girls come from nearby villages. They have no other employment means, and hence factories like Annapurna Universal Foods Pvt. Ltd. are a great blessing to them.

They are recruited and trained for their job. Every girl is kept under training for about three months before graduating as a worker in their respective department. Training and development is a constant exercise for new as well as old workers.
